By using UnsaidX you agree you are 16 or older and that your messages will be moderated for content that threatens life or safety. We will refuse to deliver any message that contains self-harm or violent threats, in any language we detect.

UnsaidX is a delivery medium, not a relationship. You are responsible for what you write. Recipients are responsible for how they receive it.

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt blocked content, harass others, or abuse the platform.

Letters are end-to-end ephemeral. Once a recipient reads a letter, the content is purged from our servers. We do not keep copies, backups, or analytics of letter bodies.

We store: your handle, hashed identifiers needed to route letters, your invite graph, and your approximate location (city/region) so we can serve relevant local features. Location is collected with your consent; if you decline, we infer city-level location from your IP address only.

We never sell your data. We never read your letters. We do not tie advertising to letter content.

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies and local storage entries: your session, your age-gate confirmation, and your interface preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

When advertising is introduced, it will be context-based (not behavioral) and clearly labelled.
